Chuck emphasizes customer-centricity in today’s business landscape, advocating for companies to actively listen to both existing and potential customers. He’s an expert in hands-on customer insight and market research having interviewed over 100,000 B2C and B2B customers for his clients. 

He has collaborated with startups and Fortune 500 companies alike, with clients including Verizon, Campbell’s Soup, Intel, HP, Caterpillar, Goodwill and CNBC.

Mike has extensive experience spanning nearly four decades across various industries and brands. Throughout his career, he’s tackled challenging marketing issues both as an agency professional and on the client side.

Mike has handled major brands such as Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Caterpillar, Texas First Rentals, Lennox, Centex Homes and more. He has spearheaded brand development, repositioning, and relaunch efforts, devised marketing and advertising plans, executed tactical media strategies, and implemented comprehensive metrics tracking systems. He’s managed millions of dollars of marketing budgets that drove company success.
